Joe ́s areas of expertise include luxury real estate, advising on the management of the island's largest private estates, luxury household management and elite concierge. He combines strong leadership, with a lifelong passion for architecture, luxury design and hospitality. This combination has given a pivotal advantage to his company and the projects he runs for private clients, family offices and business partners. Joe has enjoyed the loyalty of many clients for over 15 years, and his polite and methodical manner has served him well in moments of complexity, and when negotiating with or on behalf of clients.
During his career, Joe has provided consulting and support to many of Ibiza's leading luxury sector companies as well as private consulting to a number of the island ́s premier property owners. As a testament to Joe's reputation, he is frequently asked to host the visits of many of the island's most important visitors including icons and celebrities as well as significant UHNWI, Royalty and other prominent personalities.
British-born but with an international mindset, Joe attended University in Spain and has lived in Australia, Thailand, Verbier Switzerland, and Asia. He has travelled extensively around the world and has strong global connections. A lover of the combined gastronomy and arts, Joe therefore appreciates the lifestyle focus of his clients and believes this understanding is especially important when working with UHNW individuals. Joe’s daughter attends the Lycee Francais of Ibiza.
